Guesthouse Nešra-Vatnshorn by road no 1 offers accomodation in an old charming guesthouse from 1936 which has been renovated several years ago.
Accommodation in one double bedroom, one twin room and one triple room which can also be used by families with two children. Possible to put an extra bed in this room. A babycrib is available for this room. This rooms have shared facilities, shower and WC, a sitting room and a well equipped kitchen. All rooms have handbasins.
Accommodation in two seperated units with private bathroom with a mountain view from the window. A terrace in front of the units with a lake view.
Breakfast is served in the farmer's house. Homemade breads, jams and other Icelandic products.
Nearest village, Hvammstangi is within 10 min by car. Many interested places to visit very closed to the guesthouse.
The farm is a working farm with about 250 sheep, some horses, mainly mares with foals, few rabbits, a dog and a cat. Guest can join the lambing season in May and see the mares with foals in spring and a part of summer.
